Transitioning from a different data provider to WellDatabase can be a seamless and stress-free experience. Our dedicated team is ready to collaborate with you and assist in ensuring a smooth migration to our software.

1. Cancel Your Contract

Cancellation policies vary among companies; however, when you decide to cancel, it is important to send your cancellation in writing and ensure that no additional steps are required from you for the cancellation to be effective on the specified date.

We recommend asking for confirmation of the cancellation. By making this simple request, you can avoid any potential misunderstandings or last-minute surprises that may prevent your cancellation from being processed.

2. Discovery

We will work with you to understand your needs and ensure that your team has the right level of access, the features necessary to accomplish individual objectives, and that each user has the appropriate credentials to access our data.

3. Customized Training Plan

All company goals and objectives vary, and each user’s learning speed varies. Our customized training plan is designed to accommodate both. We provide our Enterprise customers with a user guide containing links to many online learning tools, including how-to articles and videos, a proposed schedule of team Q&A sessions, and access to book one-on-one sessions directly on my calendar.

 4. Data Delivery Plan

Determine how you want to receive your data, and if necessary, our technical team is available to walk you through which option will work best for your environment.

  • Snowflake
  • Amazon S3 Bucket
  • API

Our data definitions are published, and we will help you create a directory to link your current mapping points.

5 . Validation

We will work with your team to confirm that all data points are connected and that everything works properly.

Once we have validated that the data delivery is connected correctly and your team is working effortlessly with the data and/or in the platform, remember that our support and commitment to you does not end here. Our support team is always here for you. If something is not working as expected, we will work with you to resolve it promptly. When your data goals change, we can help you identify the best approach to meet the new objective. When new employees are brought onto your team, they will receive the same one-on-one training options as when the initial team was onboarded.
